Each member of our team has been carefully selected for their complementary qualities, skills and experience, to enable us to meet the requirements of all of the people that we support, regardless of the complexity of their needs. Our team undertakes a comprehensive initial assessment of the participant to ensure they have access to a range of skilled professionals to best suit their needs. Where additional needs are identified beyond our professional scope, referrals to appropriately skilled and qualified professionals will be made.
CareWA is a fully independent registered NDIS provider that provides in-home and community access services for people with disability, under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
We are committed to fully assisting and growing the capacity of our participants while they develop a detailed understanding of their personalised NDIS plans.
CareWA is an established health support service provider that prides itself on delivering individualised, honest and appropriate service to Western Australians living with disabilities across the metropolitan region of Perth.
