Care that starts with People.

A registered NDIS provider built on real relationships, genuine respect, and a commitment to the Western Australian community.

Our background

CareWA Services was founded in 2020 by Edouard, Munim and Frederic. Three people who came together with the same idea: that support services could, and should, feel more human.

Between them, they had spent years working in disability and community care. They knew what good support looked like. They also knew how often the people who needed it most were the ones who fell through the gaps.

CareWA was their answer to that. From day one, the focus has been on people over paperwork, getting to know the individuals we support, and being the kind of team families can actually trust.

Our Values

Respect & dignity

Every person we support is treated as an individual, with their preferences, routines and goals at the centre of everything we do.

Consistency of care

We work hard to ensure participants see familiar faces. Reliable, ongoing relationships are the foundation of good support.

Person-centred approach

No two people have the same needs. Our services are tailored to each participant's NDIS plan, lifestyle and personal goals.

Committed to our community

We are based in Western Australia and deeply connected to the communities we serve. That is not something we take lightly.
